Jen Pavich (she/her)

Jen is an executive coach and leadership facilitator in Austin, Texas, with a lifelong passion for fiction.

She has published articles in a variety of online publications, including Kind Over Matter, the Crazy Wisdom Journal, and Your Tango. Jen is a member of the Women Fiction Writers Association (WFWA) and the Writers League of Texas. Portions of Jen’s recent manuscript, Unraveling, have been workshopped at the Loft Literary Center in Minneapolis and at Arvon’s Hurst writing retreat in Shropshire, England.

Jen is a professional certified coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). With an MA in Human Development, Jen is both a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. Her experience in advocacy and policy work has enabled her to take part in conversations about social and economic justice, equity, and anti-racism for more than a decade.
